Change of Mind

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.

If you want to change the size or variants before we process your order, you can contact our support team at support@lightloversstore.com within that timeframe.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@lightloversstore.com. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Products that do not meet the required specifications will not be refunded or replaced.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by either exchanging or returning the product.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Light Lovers Store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
